The park will be the strongest teacher here and we only assist the education. Our school programming is adapting to increased visitation and interest. Therefore, we are moving towards pre-planned programs that focus on the Saskatchewan curriculum elements that are consistent with park values while retaining a degree of flexibility to adapt to the specific audience. Grasslands National Park is a non-developed park. There is little in the ways of services in the park and we rely on surrounding communities to provide those necessary services. For many, it is precisely the experience of solitude and an untouched prairie landscape that they find attractive.
