Hi-Lite Custom Feedlot Hi-Lite Custom Feedlot is 7500 head capacity enterprise locate alongside Hi-Lite Road, south of the community of Ethelton, in northeast Saskatchewan. The feedlot was established in 1979, and has grown to be one of the largest feedlots in the province. Hi-Lite Custom Feedlot is ont of the province's three 5001 to 10,000 head lots which account for 17 percent of the province's feeding capacity. They offer a tour that begins with a brief overview of both their beef and grain operations, and finishes with a tour of their facilities. The tour focuses on providing students with a general understanding of beef production in Saskatchewan.
