Agriculture in the Classroom is pleased to be part of the Agribition Agri-Ed committee. We bring our knowledge of the Saskatchewan curricula and experience in outreach programming to enhance this successful programs.
Launched in 1987, Agribition's Agri-Ed Showcase is celebrating its 24th year at Agribition. Agri-Ed Showcase has been one of the agriculture industry's best tools in educating urban and rural youth about where the food on their table comes from. The Agri-Ed Showcase displays and activites are located in the Canada Centre Exhibit Mall, and while they are targeted at children in grades 3 through 6, everyone is welcome to stop by to learn more about today's agriculture and food production. The AGmazing Challenge is an event for grade 7 & 8 students that promotes inquiry-based education and has a focus on stewardship and careers in agriculture. |
