Timeline for Election Procedure 2010
February 20, 2010 – Nominations officially open to all members in good standing - see Bylaw 8.g and 8.h (2003 revision).
March 20, 2010 – Nominations Close
March 22, 2010 – Voter packages mailed (enclosed envelope for mail-in ballot).
April 2, 2010 – Postmark deadline for completed ballots to be returned - official end to election period.
April 13, 2010 – Results of election released to AITC membership at the Annual General Meeting.
Notes:
- Candidates incur all election expenses for personal campaign.
- Results of election and number of ballots will be announced at AGM.
- Existing elected board members for 2010 are Marilynn Canitz, Jason Wildeboer, Darcy Pawlik and Richard Marleau.
- Appointed board members are Daphne Gottselig and Greg Lawrence.
- Directors who are up for re-election in 2010 are Tim Stewart, Mary Leggett and 4 vacancies.
