Timeline for Election Procedure 2010

February 20, 2010 – Nominations officially open to all members in good standing - see Bylaw 8.g and 8.h (2003 revision).

March 20, 2010 – Nominations Close

March 22, 2010 – Voter packages mailed (enclosed envelope for mail-in ballot).

April 2, 2010 – Postmark deadline for completed ballots to be returned - official end to election period.

April 13, 2010 – Results of election released to AITC membership at the Annual General Meeting.

Notes:

1. Candidates incur all election expenses for personal campaign.
2. Results of election and number of ballots will be announced at AGM.
3. Existing elected board members for 2010 are Marilynn Canitz, Jason Wildeboer, Darcy Pawlik and Richard Marleau.
4. Appointed board members are Daphne Gottselig and Greg Lawrence.
5. Directors who are up for re-election in 2010 are Tim Stewart, Mary Leggett and 4 vacancies.
6. All information will be posted on the AITC website.
