Annual General Meeting

This is a great opportunity to meet the AITC staff and hear how your support has helped thousands of students across Saskatchewan learn more about the amazing agriculture industry!

A luncheon will be served at 12:30 pm. Please rsvp by April 5, 2013 if you wish to attend the meal portion of the event.

We are accepting nominations for new board members.

Elections will be carried out by mail-in ballots ONLY. There will be NO ELECTION AT THE AITC - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

Election Procedure 2013

March 4, 2013 – Nominations officially open to all members in good standing
March 18, 2013 – Nominations Close
March 25, 2013 – Voter packages mailed (enclosed envelope for mail-in ballot).
April 4, 2013 – Postmark deadline for completed ballots to be returned - official end to election period.
April 15, 2013 – Results of election released to AITC membership at the Annual General Meeting.
