If you have just started seeds recently, it is probably best to transplant the seedlings into the maxikaps/Earthbox before the holidays if possible (unless you are able to check on the little seedlings daily). Taking them home is an option if you’re unable to transplant due to timing, but make sure to cover them with the humidity domes and blankets before you quickly transport them home.

Fill the maxikaps & Earthbox with water/fertilizer solution. They may have enough water over the break if the self-watering containers are full. But it's probably a good idea to check them once or more throughout the holidays, especially if your plants are quite large by now.

Make sure your timers are set properly so that the light/ballast/fan automatically is on for 10ish hours a day. Test this if possible.

Consult your custodian. It’s probably a good idea to talk with your caretaker about holiday garden care. If they are willing to look in on the garden that might be helpful, though it should be pretty self-sustaining if you have followed the first three points.
